CJS Media is a service of CJS Corporate LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy describes what happens to information when you visit this website. It is written to match what the site actually does today, not a generic template.
This is a single-page preview. There is no account, no sign-up, no contact form, no payment form, no client portal, and no file upload. We do not ask you for information on this site, and there is nothing here that stores information about you.
Like nearly every website, this one is delivered through a hosting provider (Cloudflare) that records ordinary technical request data in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. That typically includes your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request. We use this only to keep the site up and secure.
We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this page. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than an outside font network, so visiting this page does not hand your request to a third party.
If you choose to email the address listed on this site, we receive whatever you put in your message, such as your name, email address, and anything you tell us about your business. We use it to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to deliver the work. We do not sell it and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
This page does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and delivery.
Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the conversation or the work, and then deleted. Hosting request logs are retained by the provider on their own schedule.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your local law, and we will honour those where they apply.
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If the site changes, for example when we add a contact form or a payment path, this policy gets updated at the same time rather than afterwards. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
