CJS Media is a service of CJS Corporate LLC. This policy applies to website rebuilds and forms part of our terms of service.
If you change your mind before we have begun building, you get 100% of your money back, no questions asked. Just tell us.
If you stop the project part-way through, you are refunded for the part that is not yet done. We show you what was completed and how the split was calculated. We do not keep money for work we did not do.
Once the site has been delivered and is live, we do not refund the fee. Instead, we will fix anything that is broken, wrong, or not what we agreed, free, until it is right.
If we genuinely cannot deliver what we said we would, we refund you.

We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, back to the original payment method.
There is no restocking fee, no processing fee and no partial-refund penalty. If you are owed money, you get all of it.
